FAQ: I currently have summer flu. How can I get rid of this quickly please?


When I feel the early signs of a summer flu or sinus issue, I jump into this routine and it usually helps me bounce back fast:


Morning:


  • Vitamin C – 1,000 mg

  • Oregano Oil capsule (avoid if pregnant or with ulcers)

  • NAC – 600 mg

  • Tea: Shield of Faith

Midday:


  • Vitamin C – 1,000 mg

  • Echinacea – 300–500 mg (short term use only)

  • Goldenseal – 250–500 mg (avoid in pregnancy or long-term)

  • Elderberry Syrup – 1 tbsp


Night (about 30 mins after dinner):


  • Raw or Manuka Honey – 2 tsp

  • Slippery Elm Capsules

  • Zinc – 15–30 mg (max 40 mg/day)

  • Magnesium Glycinate – 200–300 mg


Daily:


  • Warm herbal teas, broths, and 8–10 cups of water

  • No dairy, no sugar

  • Rest, sunshine, and deep breathing



This cuts the worst of it down in 2–3 days for me. Hope you feel better soon 🙏🏽💛
