Natural Remedies for oral thrush!
Oil of Oregano & Olive Oil – Anti-fungal
→ Dosage: 1 tbsp of mix, swish in mouth for 2 minutes, spit out. 1–2x/day
→ Caution: Don’t swallow; not for long-term use or during pregnancy.
Coconut Oil (Virgin) – Contains caprylic acid (antifungal).
→ Swish 1 tbsp (oil pulling) for 10–15 mins, spit out. 1–2x/day.
→ Safe for most.
Probiotics – Especially Lactobacillus acidophilus.
→ Dosage: Follow label; consider opening capsule and swishing powder in mouth.
→ Helps restore oral flora.
Baking Soda Rinse – Balances pH, antifungal.
→ 1/2 tsp in 1 cup warm water, rinse 3x/day.
Anti-fungal tea
→ Drink 1–2 cups daily for a week.
Cautions
Avoid sugar, alcohol, and yeast-rich foods.
If it persists >7 days or worsens, see a doctor, especially if immune-compromised.
